The 21 day trial includes:
You will have access to an average of 2 sessions per week (6 per month) with one of our experienced coaches.
Get involved in our Team Training classes which incorporates cardio, core and flexibility.
You will be asked to give a full breakdown of your nutrition, we will then summarise and point you in the right direction for you to achieve the quickest and most sustainable results.

Before starting any fitness programme its essential to understand where you are currently. Our state of the art INBODY composition analysis will give you a detailed breakdown and will highlight areas that will need focusing on.
Our programme has been designed with over 30 years industry experience behind it. This programme is designed for you to get the results that really matter.
This will be a 1-1 session where we will analyse your movement patterns and give advice where appropriate.
You will get access to the members only Facebook group where you can get advice from people that have been there and done it.

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that Field of Fitness isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
