Energy

Energy is our conditioning class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, boost stamina and support your overall health. Using a mix of training methods, equipment and movement styles, each session challenges your heart, lungs and body while building all-round fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

Whether you’re looking to improve your endurance, increase your energy levels or complement your strength training, Energy helps you move better, feel fitter and build resilience for everyday life.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

Small Group Personal Training combines the expertise and accountability of personal coaching with the motivation of training alongside a small, supportive group. Every session is coach-led, with tailored programming and individual guidance to help you train safely, progress consistently and achieve lasting results.
