The aim of our enhanced nutrition programme is to try and simplify your nutrition down to an easily manageable, sustainable plan which will suit your goals and lifestyle.
We will spend the 4 weeks digging down in to your current habits and making any changes where needed so that by the end of the course you have a clear idea of what you should be doing going forward; with the aim being to tweak your current diet, as opposed to giving you a brand new one!
You will have one 30 minute session per week for the 4 weeks where we will chat about goals and a plan of attack and any tasks you will need to work on before our next catch up.
You have access to our, studio based, INBODY 270 Body Composition analyser should you want to know more about how your body is made up, we can also teach you the correct areas to measure circumference or just outline other ways in which you can monitor results without feeling like you need to jump on any scales, in fact, we’d actually encourage against scales and weight alone.
At the end of the course you will receive your fantastic, bespoke nutrition bible. This will be the end result of the course giving you everything you will need to carry on once the course has finished.
