Field of Fitness - Jon Field

Jon Field – Training Director

Jon founded Field of Fitness in 2006. He played rugby for Sussex for 6 years and represented the NEC Harlequins development team 2001-2002 season and has considerable  knowledge and experience of what it takes to train at a high level and is super-focused on achieving maximum results.

Dan Oliver – Training Director

Dan specialises in a broad spectrum of health and fitness applications absorbed from over 20 years in the fitness industry ranging from Golf Biomechanics, Strength and Conditioning and Sports Therapy. He played semi professional football for nine years and through his own actions understands the importance of a quality strength and conditioning programme.

Dan’s fitness beliefs are centred around being commitment to the process of lifelong health, no quick fixes, but understanding a realistic individualised approach to results all delivered via a professional inclusive service

Field of Fitness - Estelle Parker - Coach

Estelle Parker – Reception Manager / Coach

Estelle joined the team in early 2016 and has since progressed from Maternity Cover to Front of House Manager and Coach.

Estelle helps us to maintain our exceptionally high customer service standards. Nothing is too much to ask! She also writes the programming for and coaches our Group Conditioning Classes. She is equally as passionate about both parts of her dual role.

Estelle is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and is dedicated to her ongoing development and learning. If she’s not behind reception or coaching, you’ll often find her on the gym floor taking part in a session.

Shazeen Emambux – Operations Manager

Shazeen officially joined the team in June 2019 after originally joining as a member!

After working in product design for 12 years, managing everything from marketing to operations, she felt it was time for a lifestyle change.

On a fitness and wellbeing journey of her own, her love for strength training and a belief in its power to improve your physical and mental health, made a move from training on the gym floor to the behind-the-scenes operations at Field of Fitness, an easy one.

Martyn - Personal Trainer

Martyn Peters – Coach

Martyn is an Advanced Personal Trainer with over 25 years of gym and fitness experience with a background in professional football and more recent years bodybuilding.

Martyn is a versatile trainer with a particular passion on strength and conditioning, weight loss and also has a wealth of experience training clients with special needs and physical restrictions.

James Dean – Coach

James began his career in the fitness industry over nine years ago out of his interest in human performance. Since acquiring his BSc in sports science with first class honours he has gained experience as a strength and conditioning coach for a number of professional sports clubs as well as working one to one with clients from a broad range of sporting backgrounds, lifestyles, and fitness levels.

Graham Manson-Smith – Coach

Graham has competed for South Africa as a Springbok, swimming at the Commonwealth, and All Africa Games. He is a keen mountain biker and his passion for sport has emphasised the importance of eating healthy, staying fit as well as focusing on stabilisation, strengthening and flexibility. He believes in life you should always give 100% of yourself set goals and never give up on your dreams.

Lucas Costa – Coach

Lucas Has been working in the fitness industry since 2014 covering a broad spectrum of training disciplines. As a qualified Weightlifting and CrossFit Coach in several different gyms, He has many years experience in strength & conditioning.

Lucas has a vast range of experience, training clients looking to better their quality of life to people starting out their fitness journey up to athletes representing GB.

Lucus has a real passion for all things sport, enjoys an active lifestyle and keeping himself fit.

Andrew Krisson – Lifestyle & Performance Coach

Andrew is a qualified business coach and NLP practitioner who has also trained in hypnotherapy. His coaching practice includes tools and techniques from NLP, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Mindfulness. Clients include progressive businesses and individuals wanting to achieve change, make a shift and ultimately realise their goals on either a professional and/or personal level.

His love of coaching is founded on a never-ending fascination with the power of the human brain and the vast range of strategies, resources and energies which drive human success. He shares the same level of curiosity about the things which can hold us back and how to counter them. Andrew’s coaching premise is based on the belief that everyone has the resources within, to achieve whatever they want and the capacity to unlock them.’

Having been a Field of Fitness client for 11 years, he can also testify to the benefits of training the mind alongside training the body!
