3. What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
The passion & interest of the instructors and the variety of the new routines.
4. What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst you’ve been training with us?
General level of fitness has improved and I am more aware of what is needed to be fit and agile.
5. What’s your favourite exercise?
I enjoy the one minute cardiac drills at the end of session – mixed with two other exercises.
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
General improvement in fitness and maintenance of my weight at current level.
7. How has training at Field of Fitness affected you personally?
It has given me an outlet to an otherwise stressful and time-consuming job.
