Since late October 2017.
3. What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
- Training : the variability & uniqueness of each session – not knowing what we’ll being doing.
- Members : the community spirit & culture of the studio engendered by all members – its a great place to train.
- Coaches : fun, caring & focused to inspire me to achieve my best.
4. What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst you’ve been training with us?
To still be attending FoF – its so easy to find an excuse not to attend.
5. What’s your favourite exercise?
Stretching at the end of each session!!
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
Continue to improve my fitness & hit my weight target.
7. How has training at Field of Fitness affected you personally?
I’m more considerate about my dietary & nutrition needs, I feel so much fitter & with greater energy levels.
