The welcoming atmosphere, and excellent facilities and trainers
What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst training?
Losing weight – and keeping it off – well mostly! And improving my balance
What’s your favourite exercise?
There are many – exercises that is, not favourites! But if I had one it would be one of those using the TRX
What do you want to achieve at Field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
Improved strength and mobility – finds those parts of the body I did not know I had!
How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?
Improved my understanding and benefits of good nutrition, and changed some of my eating habits. Given me a training discipline to adhere to
