What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?

The optimistic and encouraging environment. The humour and professional, yet low key approach.

What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst training?

Maintaining a regular commitment to train consistently week in week out.

What’s your favourite exercise?

Before my broken arm – planking and rowing. After my broken arm stretching on the TRX and the band exercises.

What do you want to achieve at Field of Fitness in the next 3 months?

I would like to consolidate my rehabilitation to enable my right arm to be able to feel completely ‘back to normal’; get back to progressing me deferred goal to run 5km in a respectable time and lose about 5kg.

How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?

I feel fitter, stronger and with a much better posture. I am more aware of my body and what I need to do to continue to remain healthy and maintain muscle mass and tone as I get older.
