Almost 1 year
3. What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
I have a special PT who has a great sense of humour but is equally strict with me. Always knows when to push and challenge me.
4. What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst you’ve been training with us?
Learning to love exercise.
5. What’s your favourite exercise?
Weights. Also all of my shortened sessions.
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
Continue with my fitness programme and maintain strength.
7. How has training at Field of Fitness affected you personally?
Never thought I would enjoy and look forward to my sessions. Now I do. Feel more confident. I’ve had problems with my shoulders, operations etc. Has helped a huge amount to recuperate.
