3. What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
Being able to train in a friendly environment with a small dedicated team who can focus and guide you to improve.
4. What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst you’ve been training with us?
Learning to enjoy training. I used to find it hard to be motive myself to go to the gym – now I attend 3-4 times a week.
I have managed to increase my training confidence and have seen a change in body shape and fitness levels.
5. What’s your favourite exercise?
I like core exercises such as planks/side plank rotations & sit ups.
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
I would like to concentrate on improving my cardio fitness levels.
7. How has training at Field of Fitness affected you personally?
I have a lot more self-confidence and more energy. Less nights out and more early morning gym sessions which surely makes me a little healthier?
