The community atmosphere, variation in workouts and being pushed out of comfort zone

Losing over 8kg in weight and 5% body fat in the 6 months

I enjoy rowing (over short times/distances)
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
Continue to improve overall fitness and reduce body fat ready for my wedding in October
7. How has training at Field of Fitness affected you personally?
It’s a great way to unwind and improve mental health wellbeing after a day’s work and always leave happy (especially when I burn 1,000 calories!)
