How long have you been training with Field of Fitness?
I started training with Field of Fitness on the 17th June 2016
What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
I love the feeling that you have trained really hard, something that is more difficult to achieve if you do not have someone that can push you. I also enjoy little targets, like achieving five pull ups by Christmas.
What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst training?
Since starting I feel a great sense of achievement i losing 2 1/2 stone
What’s your favourite exercise?
I don’t really have a favourite exercise, I enjoy the variety on each session.
What do you want to achieve at Field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
I would like to loose another two stone and I’m also looking forward to the new semi-private unlimited trial and group sessions from December.
How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?
It’s made me fitter, stronger and more confident. I have also enjoyed shopping for new clothes!!
