How long have you been training with Field of Fitness?
Since May 2016, so four moths.
What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
The coaches and the environment, all very positive.
What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst training?
To be able to start running again one month ahead of my rehab schedule.
What’s your favourite exercise?
What do you want to achieve at Field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
To be able to get back to playing football without any injuries and string knee’s & quads.
How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?
I feel stronger and fitter and in two or three months I will hopefully feel much more confident when I go back on to the football pitch.
