Losing 1.5 stone in 6/7 weeks

Lose another 10 kilos…….at least!
How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?
I feel more healthy that I have done in years, it has given me new motivation and confidence to keep going. Oh, and I’ve given up beer….that has effected me quite personally!!
