How long have you been training with Field of Fitness?

I’ve been training at Field of Fitness since it opened in 2008.

What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?

I love training at F of F because I know every exercise is targeted, and I know how much it helps both my physical & mental wellbeing.

What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst training?

My greatest achievement whilst I’ve been training at F of F is that I’ve never ever been bored, & I’ve maintained the same weight for the last 8 years.

What’s your favourite exercise?

My favourite exercise is probably anything relating to core strength as it’s key to everything else.

What do you want to achieve at Field of Fitness in the next 3 months?

In the next three months I would like to continue working on my fitness for cycling and complete another sportive.

How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?

F of F has affected me as I now feel much more aware of how exercise is integral to my health and how it improves my energy, mood, & confidence.
