How long have you been training with Field of Fitness?

The majority of 5 years!

What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?

It’s ‘me’ time. Being a busy working mum with two children don’t get much time to myself and this is my hour for it to be all about me and my wellbeing!

What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst training?

Loosing the baby weight twice and not putting anywhere near as much weight with my second pregnancy as I continued to train with FOF at the time.

What’s your favourite exercise?

The last one in a tough hour session ha!

What do you want to achieve at Field of Fitness in the next 3 months?

To get to my goal weight of 10 stone :)

How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?

It has given me more confidence, energy, positivity, changed my body shape, made me healthier and wiser about the right way to exercise and the right food choices.
