The attention to detail to the individuals personal / physical condition and requirements.
What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst training?
The total rebuild of my body!
What’s your favourite exercise?
None of them, but I’ll go for cycling!
What do you want to achieve at Field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
That’s a good question…as I become fitter, any improvements are so much harder to achieve, therefore each extra rep or second off my PBs etc is massive for me and these are my goals, to improve my PBs.
How has training at Field of Fitness effected you personally?
My lower back and hip problems have been greatly reduced along with my improved posture are a wonderful feeling of wellbeing.
