I have been on and off for about 3/4 years, most recently about 4 months.
3. What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
Good atmosphere, good people, enjoyable sessions
4. What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst you’ve been training with us?
Just getting back into enjoying training and getting my fitness back.
5. What’s your favourite exercise?
More session than a particular exercise which is Estelle’s Wednesday 7:30 Endurance + Core
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
To be consistent, train hard and deadlift 150kg straight bar
