Our small group training work so well because it offers the best of both worlds –  affordable, accessible and regular training with your assigned trainer alongside a small group of other members. It provides all the benefits of our highly personalised focus but with the economies of scale to make it something you can do time and time again. And as part of a small group you’ll enjoy the encouragement of the wider Field of Fitness community, making friends for life.

Many of these connections have been made during the small group sessions, others at our regular social events; wherever they’ve been made it’s a community that we’re immensely proud of and that our members love being part of.
