2. How long have you been training with Field of Fitness?
100 days ( I feel presidential, calling out my first 100 days)
3. What do you love about training with Field of Fitness?
The variety between each semi and group class, across each week and subtle tweaks across the 12 week programme.
The support that every single coach has given me at every single visit. Their encouragement has driven me to continually improve my technique and ultimately smash my goals.
The encouragement of other people working out around me. From day one, when I turned up a complete stranger and joined a GC class that really was ‘a baptism of fire’, every body encouraged me to carry on and promised me it would get better, How right they were!
4. What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst you’ve been training with us?
Today completing the calorie ladder, starting with the ASSAULT bike and then the Rower. A total of 80 calories, my best result.
And of course losing 4.6 % body fat in 10 weeks.
5. What’s your favourite exercise?
Still need the help of bands, but never thought I would ever be able to complete a pull up, I love it
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
Drop another dress size and continue to conquer that assault bike, it’s tough.
Achieve my rowing goal, nearly there, just need to shave a couple more seconds off my time.
7. How has training at Field of Fitness affected you personally?
I have a massage every Saturday, the tension in my neck has regularly been the source of many migraines. I have not had one in the past 100 days and apparently my neck is in the best state it has ever been !!
By leaving the office on time and exercising, my stress levels at work have dropped significantly. I am smiling again and people in the office have noticed. I think I may have previously been a bit of a bear, roaring at every one 😉
