Foam Rolling your Quads

Foam rolling is an integral part of any training session. It works on the mobility of the fascia in the body. Fascia is a fibrous layer of connective tissue that surrounds all of the muscles in our body. Without proper mobility, fibres of the fascia become cross linked and they bind to muscles and nerves, inhibiting normal motion and causing pain.

 

 

Foam rolling is beneficial to be done both before and after exercise. It is also a good daily habit to get in to for maintenance of healthy muscle tissue. Here Adam explains foam rolling the quads…. Let us know what you think!
