Varied work out routines – Enthusiasm of trainers and general feel good factor from all other members in training groups.
4. What do you think has been your greatest achievement whilst you’ve been training with us?
Improved fitness and rearrangement of body shape!
5. What’s your favourite exercise?
Walking down the steps on my way out after a session with Estelle ☺ But seriously, Ski-Erg.
6. What do you want to achieve at field of Fitness in the next 3 months?
Loss of pot belly and improved upper body definition.
7. How has training at Field of Fitness affected you personally?
Improved confidence and feel much more energetic.
